Conference Services Assistant

 

To assist the Training and Conference Services Director in the preparation and coordination of ELIC’s Annual Thailand Conference in Chiang Mai, Thailand and ELIC’s July new teacher orientation conference.  This position is based in Asia (living and working) and is a support-raising position.  A qualified candidate will:
·   Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent
·   Proficiency with Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point computer programs
·   Some experience with Database programs e.g. Raiser’s Edge preferred
·   Two or more years office experience
·   Functions well independently and within a team environment
·   Cross cultural experience desirable
