This large but sparsely populated country nestled between China and countries of the former Soviet Union has been closed to outside influences until recent years.  In a unique program designed for Mongolia's English teachers, you will teach mostly speaking skills, culminating in a speech competition among the participants.  A small team and small classes provide opportunities for developing close relationships as you help your students gain skills in making prepared and extemporaneous speeches.

The program is supervised by a career ELIC teacher who has worked in both summer and year programs with us for many years, and who looks after logistical details such as housing and meals.

In a program every bit as intense as the China summer program, but with both a milder climate and more primitive living conditions, it is an opportunity for the more adventurous individuals to experience life at the ends of the earth.
