BENEFITS ASSISTANT  (Ft. Collins, CO)
ELIC is looking for a person to assist the Employee Benefits Administrator by supporting key benefits including medical, dental, life/LTD, retirement, evacuation coverage and regulated benefits. Responsibilities include maintaining the employee database, records and files, overseeing insurance enrollment, cancellation and payments, answers employees insurance questions, as well as a variety of other benefit tasks. The ideal person will have one or more year’s administrative experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to deal with confidential material and strong computer skills. The anticipated start is early September, 2008.

CAMP CHINA PROGRAMS SERVICE COUNSELOR  (Ft. Collins, CO)
ELIC is looking for a person to assist the Camp China Programs in the recruiting, selection, placement, and administrative preparation of the Camp China Program Counselors. Responsibilities include representing the Camp China program outside the organization, interviewing and working with applicants by phone as well as helping and encouraging candidates through the preparation and support raising processes. The ideal person will be a college graduate, have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, a team player, and have ELIC teaching experience. Fall and sometimes winter travel is required. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES  (Ft. Collins, CO)
ELIC is looking for a person to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources and Short Term Programs. Key responsibilities include assisting in the management of information including e-mail, correspondence, phone, and other communications to and from the Vice President as well as summarizing and distributing employee information to staff. Types of communication include drafting, composing, editing, and transcribing. The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office programs with the ability to produce ready-for-print documents, have an AA degree or higher with five years of office experience, type 70 wpm, have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to deal with confidential information on a routine basis. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR  (Ft. Collins, CO)
ELIC is looking for an IT Director with a very solid application development background with experience in Microsoft .Net technology and web development. Director experience is desirable but management experience in application development would be acceptable. The person selected will play a creative role in the development and maintenance of ELIC technology to maximize the efficiency of the organization in the United States and Asia. The anticipated start date is August, 2008.

IT HELP DESK COORDINATOR  (Ft. Collins, CO)
ELIC is looking for a person to serve as the contact point for service to the user community, including telecommuting employees, providing help in the areas of Microsoft Office products, email usage, password control, problem reporting, and users IT “start-up” training. The ideal candidate will have solid applications experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and an understanding of how desktop computers, laptop computers and network printers work. This person must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities. Prior phone support experience, user training experience, and knowledge of cell phone and PDA technology is a great advantage. The anticipated start date is September, 2008.

IT JUNIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR  (Ft. Collins, CO)
ELIC is looking for a person with a thorough understanding of operating systems, in order to focus on desktop support. This position backs up the senior network administrator and as a result, must be able to handle routine server tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent troubleshooting abilities. This person also needs to understand computer imaging software for proper system roll outs. A solid understanding of Active Directory and the various network protocols is a key requirement. A four year degree is preferable along with technical certifications. Phone system experience is a major plus. The anticipated start date is September, 2008.

IT MICROSOFT DEVELOPER  (Ft. Collins, CO)
ELIC is looking for a person to play a lead role in the development and maintenance of all business applications for the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Microsoft .Net technology experience and can demonstrate significant web based applications that they have developed or of which they have been an integral. The anticipated start date is February, 2009.

IT SENIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR  (Ft. Collins, CO)
ELIC is looking for a person with a broad range of network technology experience with solid experience in Microsoft Server Clusters, Exchange and SQL administration, virtualization technologies and disk storage systems. Project planning is also an important component to this position. Understanding of, and experience in security technology is essential. The ideal candidate will have a four year degree and technical certifications. Technology vision is required to be able to help keep ELIC moving toward it. The anticipated start date is November, 2008.

ELIC is looking for a person to provide written support to the Advancement Department by researching information, writing and editing. Responsibilities include writing departmental proposals, documents, and updating reports. This person must be able to communicate ELIC’s vision to potential and current ministry partners. The ideal candidate will have a BA degree with strong English writing and proofreading skills. This person must be able to initiate research and find sources of needed information independently. The ability to write creatively under time constraints is a foundational to the job. There are several weeks of travel required each year. Anticipated start date is January 2009
