ELIC broke new ground in 2000 by sending a team of teachers to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. In the years since then ELIC has built a strong presence not only at the Royal University, but also in the surrounding community.
At the Royal University in the Faculty of Law and Economics we provide English instruction to extremely gifted and engaging students. Your teaching will place you in significant relationships with college students and your English department responsibilities will allow you to collaborate with a variety of school administrators, officials and other faculty members. To further enhance our contribution to the Royal University in the Faculty of Law and Economics, ELIC has recently completed the building of an English Language Center on the campus. We currently have a team of 12 serving in Cambodia year-round. We are actively seeking additional teachers to join our current team in Phnom Penh. We presently offer two programs in Cambodia:
University Teaching Program (university graduates through late 60s)
Engage Program (current university students; one-week vision trip to Cambodia following four weeks in Hong Kong SAR)
