We're an organization that specializes in helping people fulfill their calling to live with purpose overseas.

Through partnerships with governments and educational institutions in the hardest-to-access countries in the world, we place Christians on campuses where they have the opportunity to build organic friendships with their students, colleagues, and neighbors. 

We've been doing this for more than 40 years and in more than a dozen countries throughout Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa with program options from 2-4 weeks, 9 months, and 1+ years.

We're looking for committed Christians who are native English speakers, willing to serve on a team with a team leader, and have at least a Bachelor's degree (or are currently working on one).

Our Process

• We'll reach out to you to set up a time to meet virtually for 20 minutes so we can get to know you, share about our opportunities, and answer any questions you might have.
• If you decide you're still interested, we'll connect you with a Candidate Advisor (CA) who will send you the application.
• Once they receive your completed application, your CA will schedule an interview with you and contact your references.
• When you've been accepted, you'll give your CA your final decision. Assuming it's a resounding "yes!", we'll walk with you every step of the way until your overseas departure!
