Mobilization Specialist

The mission of the Mobilization Specialist (MS) is to fill the pipeline with quality leads by creating and implementing effective lead-generating strategies while contributing to the overall team success. The mission of the recruiting team is to find, invite, and empower candidates to take their next step toward serving overseas. The MS will promote the vision of ELIC through strategic relationships with candidates, advocates, public speaking, and events. In addition to overseeing assigned accounts, the MS is always eager to open new doors and vision cast ELIC to new advocates to engage with new leads and grow the company through partnerships. This position can be done remotely or in our Fort Collins office and will include travel up to 50% of the time.


Duties & Responsibilities

Reports to:  Sr. Manager of Mobilization, Recruiting, and Partnership Development

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works and collaborates with the team regularly through meetings and meaningfully contributes to the team’s strategic direction
  • Regularly meets with and vision casts ELIC and strategic opportunities to faculty, ministry partners, and church leaders
  • Presents at speaking engagements and in classrooms; this could include brief opportunities to vision cast placement opportunities and could also be full-length webinars and/or extended class segments
  • Meets with leads one-on-one and in small groups and encourages them to take steps forward in the process
  • Oversees accounts, advocates, and leads consistently in the Hubspot CRM and schedules and initiates (both existing and new) opportunities to meet with and re-engage leads and advocates both in-person and virtually
  • Tracks personal and team goals to help prioritize strategic direction
  • Recruits, trains, and oversees interns within individual recruiting region
  • Collaborates with and coordinates overseas-based personnel and alumni to participate in recruiting efforts regionally
  • Assists the Strategic Partnerships team in communicating with existing partners and seeks out new partner opportunities
  • Assists the Sr. Manager of Mobilization, Recruiting, and Partnership Development in additional areas as requested

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong relational skills
  • Strong communication skills and public speaking ability
  • Results-oriented and able to take initiative
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and well-organized
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem solver
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Some overseas and/or cross-cultural experience is required
  • Committed to the purpose, vision, and mission of ELIC.
  • Committed Christian

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience is preferred
  • Active social media presence is a plus
  • Teaching experience is a plus
  • Has served in an overseas role with ELIC is a plus
  • CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot)

This is a full-time, exempt position with a pay range of $52,000–$57,000/annually with full-time benefits eligibility.
