Human Resources Coordinator


ELIC is now accepting applications for a Human Resources Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to assist the Human Resources Administrator and Payroll and Benefits Administrator in executing Global Support Services tasks. The Human Resources Coordinator will aid in the coordination, administration, and improvement of global support functions. This role will also involve learning, evaluating, and collaborating to execute processes to include: payroll and benefit processing, and other global staff considerations and processes as assigned.


Job Description

  • Maintains HSA and Gym tracking
  • Aids in the execution and planning of ELIC events 
  • Assists in the execution of ELIC trainings 
  • Assists in preparing retirement releases and audits 
  • Seeks to gain efficiencies through optimizing HR systems and processes
  • Supports in the execution of payroll 
  • Assists with maintenance and organization of current and historic HR files
  • Provide oversight to purchasing of office products and supplies 
  • Coordinate the Loop content collection
  • Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisors


Requirements

  • Associates Degree 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with accuracy
  • Able to draft general correspondence
  • Able to represent ELIC in a professional manner
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and well-organized
  • Proficient in the use of technology in a global workplace for communication and security needs
  • Able to work on a team 
  • Able to keyboard 60 wpm

Compensation: USD $17.00/hr – $22.00/hr

This is a non-exempt position located in ELIC’s Fort Collins, Colorado office.
