Mobilization Advisor, Global Ambassador Program
The GAP Mobilization Advisor sits at the center of ELIC’s Global Ambassador Program (GAP) pipeline—from the very first conversation with a prospective candidate all the way through to field deployment. This role brings together two core functions—lead generation and mobilization advising—focused on the GAP program.
On the recruiting side, the GAP Mobilization Advisor builds relationships with university faculty, campus ministry leaders, and church partners; presents at events and speaking engagements; and actively pursues new partnership opportunities to keep the GAP pipeline full of mission-aligned candidates.
On the candidate care side, the GAP Mobilization Advisor serves GAP applicants and committed participants—assessing fit, guiding individuals through each stage of the application and preparation process, and coaching candidates in fundraising and pre-departure preparation.
This role requires equal aptitude for visionary outreach and high-touch individual coaching, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
