Project 5.6 is an intense 6-month adventure that takes you and your team to 5 different countries. This experience is unlike any other and will open your eyes to the various work that our teachers do across the globe. Every experience is customized and unique based on the needs and experience of the team.
Lebanon is a tiny country with a huge heart. During your time in Lebanon you’ll work alongside our partners providing life-changing education and hope to Syrian refugee children as they and their families seek to rebuild their lives. You’ll also have the opportunity to hear firsthand stories of how the conflict in Syria is shaping Lebanon and the Middle East as a whole. When you’re not in the classroom, you’ll fall in love with the beautiful mountains, ancient history, and amazing hospitality of the Lebanese people.
Project 5.6 is without a doubt one of the coolest and most memorable experiences you can have. If you're having a difficult time deciding which country would fit you best, you should experience multiple countries and gain a more clear direction for what's next in life. In each country, you’ll join our local, long-term teams as they transform campuses, cities, and regions through education, sports, leadership development, refugee work, and more.
Project 5.6 is no ordinary journey. It’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If you’ve got six months and you want to experience something that very few people ever will, don’t wait; join us on this adventure now.
