Project 5.6 is an intense 6-month adventure that takes you and your team to 5 different countries. This experience is unlike any other and will open your eyes to the various work that ELIC teachers do across the globe. Every experience is customized and unique based on the needs and experience of the team.
Mongolians have a long history and are some of the most fascinating people on the planet who live in an incredible landscape. With Project 5.6, you'll have the opportunity to get to know these people as you work alongside our long-term team by assisting in the classroom, spending time hanging out with university students, and even possibly staying in a ger (yurt). You'll also likely have the opportunity to visit the countryside and explore the breathtaking sand dunes and mountainous terrain.
Project 5.6 is without a doubt one of the coolest and most memorable experiences you can have. If you're having a difficult time deciding which country would fit you best, you should experience multiple countries and gain a more clear direction for what's next in life. In each country, you’ll join our local, long-term teams as they transform campuses, cities, and regions through education, sports, leadership development, refugee work, and more.
Project 5.6 is no ordinary journey. It’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If you’ve got six months and you want to experience something that very few people ever will, don’t wait; join us on this adventure now.
