You're meant for more than a desk job.

Hello, That Sounds Fun listener! We are an organization that specializes in helping people fulfill their calling to live with purpose overseas.

Through partnerships with governments and educational institutions in the hardest-to-access countries throughout Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, we place Christians on campuses where they have the opportunity to build organic friendships with their students, colleagues, and neighbors.

Our flagship program, Legacy, is a 1 year or more teaching contract at a university, K-12 school, or language center. Our teachers are typically lesson planning and teaching for only 20 to 30 hours a week so that they have ample time to form deep connections with locals and their ELIC teammates.

Applications for our 2026 cohort are still open! If you want to maximize your time to raise support and prepare, don't wait to take the next step. Watch the video below and fill out the form, and we'll follow up with you!

Our Process

  • We'll reach out to you to set up a time to meet virtually for 20 minutes so we can get to know you, share about our Legacy program and answer any questions you might have.
  • If you decide you're still interested, we'll connect you with a Candidate Advisor (CA) who will send you the application.
  • Once they receive your completed application, your CA will schedule an interview with you.
  • When you've been accepted, you'll give your CA your final decision. Assuming it's a resounding "yes!", we'll walk with you every step of the way until your overseas departure!
Not a teacher? No problem!
